EGR & Intake Cleaner

EGR & Intake Cleaner is an EGR valve cleaner for the exhaust gas recirculation valve and the intake system. Because exhaust gases are fed back into the engine, carbon deposits gradually form in the EGR valve, throttle body and intake manifold. This cleaner helps tackle that build-up so air can flow into the engine more freely again.

• For EGR valves, throttle bodies and intake tracts
• Primarily intended for diesel engines with an EGR system
• Part of preventive maintenance or targeted cleaning

Garages and engine specialists use EGR & Intake Cleaner during servicing and diagnostics, and experienced DIY mechanics can use it too. Available in 400 ml for individual treatments and 1 litre for the workshop.

1. Let the engine cool down or warm up, as indicated on the label.
2. Locate the access point to the intake system or EGR valve.
3. Apply the product following the method on the label.
4. Then let the engine run for a while or take a test drive so loosened deposits are cleared.
5. Work in a well-ventilated area and keep the product away from hot parts and naked flames.
