Heavy Compound

Heavy Compound is a heavy cutting compound and the first step in the Effektiv polishing line. It is designed for paintwork that needs serious correction: deeper scratches, weathered and oxidised paint, sanding marks after a smart repair or heavy swirls. It lays the foundation for a flawless finish.

Heavy Compound is developed for bodyshops, paint shops, detailers and experienced valeters. After this step, refine the paint with Super Cut and Final Cut, then protect the result with Wax Finish. Available in a 1 litre bottle.

1. Wash and dry the car and work on cool paintwork, ideally indoors.
2. Mask off rubber seals, plastic trim and edges with tape.
3. Apply a few drops of Heavy Compound to a cutting pad.
4. Polish one small section at a time with even pressure until the compound has worked in.
5. Wipe off residue, check the result and continue with Super Cut.
