Prewash

Prewash is a pre-wash cleaner for the first stage of a careful wash. Apply it to the dry or lightly wet car and it starts loosening traffic film, grit and other loose dirt. After rinsing, much of the grime has already gone, which reduces the risk of scratches and swirls when you wash by hand.

• Pre-treatment before a hand wash or touchless wash

• Use with a pressure sprayer, snow foam lance or trigger sprayer

Prewash is widely used by detailers, car wash businesses and dealerships, as well as enthusiasts who follow the two-bucket method. Available in a 1 litre bottle, a 5 litre jerrycan and a 20 litre pack for the wash bay.

1. Work in the shade on a cool car.
2. Dilute Prewash if required, following the instructions on the label.
3. Apply from the bottom up using a foam lance, pressure sprayer or trigger sprayer.
4. Leave briefly, but do not allow it to dry on the paint.
5. Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer and continue with the hand wash.
