How do I apply for a business account?
Use the form on the Business account page. Once approved, you automatically see your business prices whenever you are logged in.
Returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Within that period you can return your purchase without giving a reason. Here is how it works:
- Register your return. Contact us using the form below. Include your order number and tell us which products you want to send back.
- Pack the products. Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned. Pack them securely so nothing can leak or break in transit.
- Send your parcel. Once you have registered your return, we will tell you how to send the parcel back to us.
- Refund. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount to you.
Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. If a product is defective, we cover the return shipping costs.
